The role involves providing sole and shared care, planning engaging and developmentally appropriate activities, supporting routines and milestones, managing all child-related duties and preparing thoroughly for travel. The nanny will work opposite an established rota nanny, so excellent communication, teamwork and detailed handovers are essential.

A high-profile family based in Los Angeles is seeking an exceptional Norland-trained or Norland-equivalent nanny to join their household on an initial two-year contract.
The role will involve caring for three young children and combines shared care and proxy parenting. The family is looking for a warm, capable and highly organised career nanny who can provide excellent developmental care while bringing structure, consistency and calm to a busy family environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with babies and young children and will be proactive, safety-conscious, discreet and confident working both independently and alongside parents. Regular travel is an important part of the position, so candidates should be highly adaptable and genuinely enjoy travelling with a family.

Monday–Friday, 8am–6:30pm, Salary up to £60K
A warm family in West Dulwich is looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organised nanny to care for their two young children when Mum returns to work in November.
The eldest attends nursery Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm during term time, allowing for plenty of one-to-one time with the baby before caring for both children in the afternoons. The nanny will have sole charge of both children throughout the day during nursery holidays.

Monday–Thursday, 8am–6pm £22-26 per hour
A warm family in Herne Hill is looking for a loving, energetic and proactive nanny to join them on a long-term basis. The role will primarily focus on their 9-month-old during the school day including classes, outings, development, weaning and establishing a lovely weekly routine. From around 3pm, the nanny will care for all three children, managing school pick-ups, activities and the after-school routine.
The family are particularly looking for someone warm, affectionate, fun and full of energy, who is organised enough to confidently manage three children and their different schedules. Extensive baby-specialist experience isn't essential; personality, initiative and a genuine love of children are the priority.

The family has two school-aged children, aged 6 and 10, and the role offers a great balance between childcare and Family PA responsibilities. While the children are at school, the nanny will help with family organisation and practical PA tasks before taking over school pick-ups and the children’s afternoon routine.
The role includes preparing healthy meals for the children, children's laundry and keeping their areas organised. A housekeeper attends twice weekly, so there is no general housekeeping. Everything is within walking distance and no driving is required.
