Our Fees

We believe in complete transparency. Here is a clear overview of our fees so you can make an informed decision before we begin working together.

Registration Fee — £350

A one-off, non-refundable registration fee is charged at the outset of your search. This covers your initial consultation, the creation of your bespoke candidate brief, and the sourcing and vetting process.

Placement Fee — 15% of gross annual salary

Our placement fee is charged upon successful appointment and applies across all roles. For international placements, our fee is 20% of gross annual salary.

Our Replacement Guarantee

We are committed to placements that last. In the unlikely event that a placement does not work out within the first six weeks, we will conduct a complimentary replacement search and present up to three alternative candidates at no additional placement fee.
